1. Description of floor deck roll forming machine
The floor deck roll forming machine is used for producing different kinds of standard metal decks and steel deck profiles. The deck sheets are widely used in a variety of applications.
Steel deck roll forming machines have been designed for the production of various types of metal decks which are usually applied for roofing and floor industries, and sometimes for bridge construction as well. Steel roof deck: The steel roof decks are manufactured generally for the construction of pitched, flat, or curved roofing almost on all kinds of buildings;
Composite metal deck: The composite metal decks have embossments in the vertical ribs designed to interlock with concrete slabs, creating a reinforced concrete slab to develop a composite floor system.
Metal form deck: Metal form decks are produced and used extensively also in floor construction as a permanent steel base for poured reinforced concrete floor slabs.

4. Installation service
After the machine arrives at the destination, the seller will send the technician to the buyer’s factory to install the machine if the buyer wants. The buyer needs to provide some technicians to assist in the installation work.
Installation period is around 5 days. The buyer should have been prepared for the steel sheet, foundation position the machine before seller’s technician's departure.
The buyer should arrange the accommodation, food, and traffic in the destination
Training period: 2 days. (we can supply training on the operation spot if buyer needs)
Within 3 months after the arrival of the goods at the port of destination, if there is no installment requirement from the Buyers, the goods should be counted as up to standard. Inspection standard is based on the technical standard signed by both parties and our company standard.
